At the Wolferhaus in Winterthur Sennhof, two offices, a foyer, a kitchenette and a 115 m2 hall are spread over two floors. The hall is suitable for theatre and cinema performances for 50 people. It also provides the perfect setting for meetings, lectures, exhibitions and courses of all kinds. The hall offers enough space to be used as a spacious seminar room. A total of 211 m2 of floor space is available.

The city centre of Winterthur can be reached by suburban train in just a few minutes. Thanks to the direct connection to Zurich’s main train station, Zurich can also be reached in a good 30 minutes, without changing trains and with a guaranteed seat.
The A1 motorway is 8 kilometres away – via both the Oberwinterthur motorway junction towards St. Gallen and Schaffhausen, and the Töss/Kemptthal junction (via Kyburg) towards the airport and Zurich. It takes 30 minutes by car to get to the airport or Zurich’s city centre.
